More Hawaii Stuff

Well, it's actually hard to believe that we leave tomorrow. It's been such a wonderful time...everything about this trip has been so great. We have tomorrow afternoon in Honolulu and then our flight takes off at midnight. I really don't have much of a desire to return home. (Except to see some family and friends) I've never been away for over two weeks; it's very easy to get completely removed from the "real world". It's actually a very strange feeling! Anyways, here are some more photos of our adventures...

Horseback riding through Waipi'o Valley. (Colin had a horse that didn't really like any other horses...that kept it fun and interesting for him!)

Pololu Valley lookout. (I saw a picture that looked exactly like this one at the market yesterday selling for $300!!)

A couple Big Island sunsets.

Ummm, I thought you were coming home Monday morning...sorry...please excuse my last "welcome home" comment... So, welcome home! Those pictures are freakin' awesome! I really, really wish I could go there right now. Especially since it's blizzarding here...

We've been listening to the "Best of Dave Matthews according to the Doerksens." =) So fun! I haven't actually made it to the second disc yet, but it's been really great. Thanks for the great effort in narrowing it down for us. =)

Okay - I am officially jealous and longing to be back on the big island. I am so happy that you got to experience so many fun things and made the most of your trip. Be glad that you only experienced the cockroaches for one day - we had them for 3 months as well as termites, mice and one HUGE rat!
Next time you go - I am coming with you!
